truWest will NOT pay shipping
Certain items such as a large order of parkas, fins, heavy training balls, water polo goals, lane lines etc., will exceed these shipping rates. UPS calculates high volume packages with low weight as dimensional weight. In these cases you will pay the actual shipping and handling charges.

truWest will automaticly insure your shipment unless a written request to waive insurance is received in writing prior to the order entering the UPS system.

United Parcel Service automaticly insures shipments valued up to $100.00. Shipments valued between $100.01 and $300.00 will be charged $1.50 for insurance. Shipments over $300.00 are charged $1.50 for the first $300 of value and $0.50 for each additional $100.00 of declared value.

(Example: To insure a package worth $500.00, you will be charged $1.50 for the first $300 of declared value and $1.00 for the next two $100.00 increments. The total insurance charge would be $2.50).

International Shipping

Freight is very expensive for small international shipments.

Shipping terms are F.O.B origin.
You are responsible for all freight, duties and customs into your country. truWest will ship your order using the outstanding shipping services of United Parcel Service. UPS without regard to shipping costs.

United Parcel Service automaticly insures shipments valued up to $100.00. For shipments valued between $100.01 and $300.00 will be charged $1.50 for insurance. Shipments over $300.00 are charged $1.50 for the first $300 of value and $0.50 for each additional $100.00 of declared value.

(Example: To insure a package worth $500.00, you will be charged $1.50 for the first $300 of declared value and $1.00 for the next two $100.00 increments. The total insurance charge would be $2.50).

One male swim suit ($20.00) shipped to Germany could cost $50.00 or more in shipping charges. truWest is not responsible for any customs or duties into your country. You will also be charged $20.00 for truWest to obtain a certificate of origin document (if required) for your shipment. truWest strongly recommends you contact your local officials and United Parcel Service before placing your order. All international orders placed on this web site will be shipped without regard to shipping, duties or customs costs. Shipping, duties and customs charges may be billed separately.

truWest has recently negoiated new, lower international shipping rates. Our new rates can reduce international shipping up to 60% off the UPS international published rates. These new discounts are allowing our international customers substantial savings on transportation costs.
